Services

Built end to end, then handed over.

We design, build and ship the thing, then give your team the keys, the docs and the training to run it without us. Four service lines, one way of working.

GoHighLevel

Your CRM, funnels and follow-up, set up to actually run.

Most GoHighLevel accounts are half-built: a funnel here, a workflow there, nothing joined up. We set the whole thing up as one system, capture, nurture, book, follow up, and make it compliant so the messages actually send.

Account snapshotA reusable template of your whole setup, so a new location or campaign launches in minutes, not days.
Workflows that branchTriggers on missed calls, form fills, pipeline moves and payments, with if/else logic and timed waits, not a single linear sequence.
Conversation AIInbound chats and calls answered in seconds, qualified through a few natural questions, booked into the calendar, and handed to a person when it should be.
A2P 10DLC registrationBrand and campaign registration done properly, so your texts are delivered instead of failing silently at the carrier.
Email deliverabilitySPF, DKIM and DMARC set on your sending domain so follow-up lands in the inbox, not spam.
Pipelines and calendarsStages that match how you actually sell, and booking that writes straight back to the CRM.

Straight with youA2P brand verification is a carrier process with its own timeline. We handle the submission, but the approval window is theirs, not ours.

AI agents & automation

Agents that take action, with a person where it matters.

Not a chatbot that answers and stops. An agent reads the context, decides the next step, and does it: replies, looks up a record, books the slot, updates the CRM. We build them narrow and disciplined, and we draw the line on what stays human.

Tool-using agentsAgents wired to your real systems, from CRM and calendar to inbox and database, so they can act, not just talk.
Voice agentsAfter-hours answering, appointment booking, FAQs, routing, lead qualification and missed-call recovery, on the phone line you already use.
Grounded answersThe agent answers from your own documented material, so it does not invent policy, pricing or availability.
Guardrails and escalationA clear boundary on what the agent may do alone, and what it must hand to a person: anything emotional, complex, high-value or regulated.
Audit loggingEvery action the agent takes is recorded, so you can see what happened and why, after the fact.
Workflow automationThe connective tissue around the agent, in n8n, Make or Zapier, so a decision turns into work done across every tool.

Straight with youThe most reliable agents are the least ambitious ones. We automate the repetitive, structured, low-emotion work and route the rest to a human quickly, on purpose.

Websites

Fast sites your team can update, built to convert.

A marketing site is a sales tool, not a brochure. We build on Next.js for speed and search, wire it to a CMS your team can actually edit, and design every page around the one thing it is there to do.

Next.js App RouterServer components and modern rendering, so pages are fast on the first load and cheap to run.
Editable in a CMSContent in Sanity, Storyblok or Payload, so your team changes copy and images without calling us.
Core Web VitalsBuilt to pass the speed and stability scores Google actually ranks on, and measured before launch.
SEO and structured dataClean markup, metadata and schema, so the site is understood by search engines and AI answers alike.
Conversion-focused designEvery page has a job. The layout, copy and calls to action are built around it, not decoration.
Analytics and formsWorking contact and lead capture wired to where you actually work, with privacy-respecting analytics.

Straight with youA focused marketing site is typically six to twelve weeks. The timeline is set by content and integrations, not the build itself.

Mobile apps

Native-feeling apps, shipped to both stores.

One codebase, both platforms, and an app that feels native rather than a website in a shell. We build with React Native and Expo, and handle the part most people dread: actually getting it into the App Store and Google Play.

React Native + ExpoA single codebase on the modern architecture, so iOS and Android stay in step instead of drifting apart.
Store submission handledEAS Build and Submit, signing, metadata and review. We get it through App Store Connect and Google Play.
Over-the-air updatesShip fixes and changes without a full store review each time, within the store rules.
Offline and fastWorks when the connection drops, and stays smooth on the phones your customers actually carry.
Push notificationsRe-engagement and transactional pushes wired up properly, not bolted on at the end.
Connected to your backendThe app talks to the same systems and agents as the rest of your stack, not a silo.

Straight with youStore review is Apple's and Google's call, not ours. We build to their rules and handle resubmissions, but the final approval is theirs.

What you actually get, every time.

Whatever the service line, every engagement runs the same way and includes the same foundations.

  • DiscoveryWe map the workflow before we write a line of code.
  • DesignInterface and interaction design, not just a template.
  • BuildProduction code, reviewed and tested.
  • IntegrationConnected to the tools you already run.
  • HandoverDocumentation and a walkthrough with your team.
  • SupportA defined window after launch while you settle in.
How we work

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01

    Scope

A call, then a written plan with a fixed price and date.

  2. 02

    Build

Weekly demos so you see progress, not status reports.

  3. 03

    Ship

Launch, monitor and fix anything the real world turns up.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Your accounts, your repo, your team trained to run it.

Working together

Three ways to start.

Most work begins with a fixed-scope project. Some clients keep us on after to run and extend what we built.

Fixed project

A defined build with a clear finish line.

  • Written scope, fixed price, fixed date
  • Weekly demos, no status theatre
  • Full handover at the end

Care plan

Keeping what we built running and improving.

  • Monitoring, fixes and small changes
  • A set number of hours each month
  • Priority when something breaks

Embedded

A standing hand on a bigger roadmap.

  • We work as part of your team
  • Ongoing build across service lines
  • Rolling scope, reviewed monthly
Questions

Before you ask.

Do we own what you build?

Yes, from day one. We build in your accounts and your repository, and hand over full access at launch. Nothing is locked to us.

Can you work with our existing GoHighLevel account?

Usually, yes. We audit what is there, keep what works, and rebuild the parts that do not. A clean snapshot is often faster, but it is your call.

Will the AI say something wrong to a customer?

It answers from material you supply and escalates anything outside it. Where the stakes are real, whether money, policy or anything regulated, a person stays in the loop by design.

How long does a project take?

Most automations ship in two to four weeks. Websites and apps depend on scope, and we give you a date in writing before we start.

What happens after launch?

Every engagement includes a support window while you settle in. After that you can move to a care plan, or run it entirely with your own team.
